Over the past 30years, TCYS has pioneered a locally-rooted model of youth development that is relational, holistic, and deeply reposonsive to the real-life needs of taiohi in Dannevirke and Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua, including the surrounding rural areas of Tararua.
